I used to paint in open canvas 1.1 and I loved it
but toward the end of my using it I really wanted to paint over my lines.
So I started doing THIS horrible thing where I’d draw over my black lines then paint the fill-in colours next to them and thin them out. This type of small painting would take me up to six hours, sometimes longer. By the end of my process my wrist would be killing me.
I still love how the end process looks but not at the expense of my wrist ):
